Shipping policy
Shipping Locations
Sands & Buchanan currently ships to addresses within the United States only.
All orders are dispatched from our US warehouse. No additional US import duties, tariffs or customs fees apply to domestic US deliveries.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 3:00pm Central Time are typically dispatched the same business day.
Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, are typically dispatched on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email together with your tracking information.
Delivery Times
Following dispatch, most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location within the United States.
Remote locations may take slightly longer.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays or severe weather.
Out of Stock Items
If an item is temporarily out of stock, this will be clearly stated on the relevant product page together with our current estimated dispatch date.
You may still place an order for out-of-stock products.
- Individual Product Orders: The estimated dispatch timeframe shown on the product page will apply.
- Collections & Multiple Item Orders: Any items that are in stock will be dispatched as normal. Any out-of-stock items included in the same order will be shipped automatically as soon as they become available, at no additional shipping cost.
If our estimated dispatch timeline changes after you have placed your order, we will contact you by email with an updated delivery estimate.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders cancelled prior to dispatch are eligible for a full refund, which will be processed promptly to your original payment method.
Once an order has been dispatched, our standard Returns Policy will apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing your tracking information so you can follow your shipment through to delivery.
